Premier Gear Works

Pearl District, NW Portland, OR

Renovation of a 1923 industrial building into creative office, complete with towering ceiling heights, mezzanine level, atriums, and exterior deck.

North Pearl Creative

Pearl District, NW Portland, OR

Rehabilitation of a historic industrial building, originally used as a leather manufacturing location in 1930s. Approximately 20,000 SF of creative office, featured original heavy timber beams, high ceilings, and operable windows on the upper floor

North Anchor Redevelopment

Lake Oswego, OR

Redevelopment of two blocks in downtown Lake Oswego, currently conceptualized as a boutique hotel and a small multifamily development.

Park Avenue West Tower

Portland, OR

Mixed use, 30 story, 500,000 SF project in the heart of Portland’s CBD. Involvement included the entire spectrum of the development, including assisting with the initial conceptualization, site acquisition, identifying and contracting with key construction team members, entitlement, leasing, financing, construction management, and operations.

Fox Tower

Downtown Portland, OR

Mixed use, 27 story, 500,000 SF project in downtown Portland. Involvement included leasing, operations, managing capital improvements, and refinancing.
